I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! I was impressed with the value for money. The prices were reasonable and well worth it for the amazing location right at the beach. Being so close to the sea was a dream come true. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service throughout my stay. They were attentive and always willing to assist with anything I needed. Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient for a comfortable stay. I particularly liked the fact that my room had a balcony, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful views.
All was more than satisfactory.

Beautiful location, Staff very friendly and do accomodate you as well as they can. Hotel had a couple of tuk tuk drivers permanently on site so anywhere within reach. decided to stay an extra night and the management offered a generous discount which was excellent customer care.
The buffet and breakfast. they try to give a variety of food but it looked unappetising after 30 minutes in the sun. The coffee was permanently stewed.

The restaurant Kabala Sunset Cafe, within walking distance, was a great place to eat; the location of the hotel was fantastic, and there was a pool on site; it only took 10 minutes to walk to Wijaya Beach.

We only booked in as everything else was fully booked. The view from the room was lovely and the staff pleasant.
Everything else shockingly bad for the hundred dollars it cost once additional charges added - have seen many cleaner and more luxurious back-packers hostels, for a fraction of the price. Been all over the world, this was probably the worst value for money we have come across. Suggest you take it off or lower the price as we use you quite often. Regards! Loud traffic noise all night, lack of staff, excessively long wait for food which arrives cold and not what is on the menu or what was ordered, manager refuses to talk to guests about complaints, over priced compered to other hotels with better facilities.

There was a nice view. We were able to have drinks with our tour guide and driver as we came to the end of our stay.
It was very basic, but ok.

This hotel is located right at the beach, which was awesome! The convenience of being able to walk out of the hotel and onto the beach was unbeatable. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The basic amenities provided in the room, like a balcony and a comfortable bed, were just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. And the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of options to start our day right.
Room could use some improvement in terms of charm and bathroom amenities.

Location friendly and helpful staff I really enjoyed my Holiday in Sri Lanka
I really enjoyed my Holiday in Sri Lanka, however the accomadation was below par and not what I would say a top class beach resort. I do not think the hotel was value for Money as on arrival were not clearly explained the reasons for why we moved room, this took several days until we were moved to the room we paid for. The staff were friendly, however only one person really had an idea how a hotel has to be professionally operated. On several occassion we had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned and new towels. This hotel is in an excellent location and has potential, however needs a womens touch or sending some of the staff on courses in Hotel and hospitality. An example of this was evident in the hotel resturant, when we were waiting for dinner and a dog came into the kitchen and the response of one of the staff was "not to worry, he lives here" The rest i will let you work out.

The location is very good. The best thing is the beautiful sunshine view from the balcon.
Very dirty. The cleaning is the biggest problem of the hotel. We have booked a delux room. Beside of the a big room, the toilet was very dirty, the windows as well. We asked to clean it, buy nobody did it. The toilet was cleaned just when we asked it again. TV in the room was not working. Breafast don´t start on time.

The hotel provided breathtaking views as it was located right on the beach. The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially the waiter that served me during breakfast. The breakfast portions were generous and delicious. Also, the private beach was clean and well-maintained.
Nothing not to love. The hotel was a fantastic place to stay for a memorable and comfortable experience.

Other than being next to the seaside, nothing.
Service was poor. Breakfast was not served on time! Non-smoking Room has strong cigarette smell...
